Developing a Movement of Ethnic Media Teams through Asia

The operations manager (OM) role focuses on leading the staff to success in ongoing key projects on a day to day basis. As the OM you would work closely with and report to the Field Coordinator to ensure that projects are moving forward to successful completion. Currently the team has several departments training communications support services ambassador hosting and distribution. The OM would oversee the work across these departments particularly focusing on the distribution ambassador hosting and support services departments.

This person needs to be well-versed in Asian culture as the team is multi-cultural. They also need to have great people skills and project management skills. It would be helpful if they had some familiarity with audio and video equipment and processes. It would also be helpful to have experience working with and overseeing teams to complete projects especially in a missions context.
