There are a variety of NGOs and small societies involved in development initiatives in cities and rural areas up and down this country. Some are attached to the Christian Hospitals where we already serve. The physical and social needs of this nation are huge.

We see opportunities for community development workers to come alongside with professional training and support national initiatives in areas such as sanitation, agriculture, and healthcare.

The best candidates will have appropriate training and experience in community development in a variety of settings including in the developing world.
