DESCRIPTION
|
This bakery/cafe business aims to model good business practices and invests heavily in training and development of staff.
An expanding bakery and cafe business is looking for an experienced production manager.
This person would be accountable to the country manager and responsible for 24-45 employees.
The qualified person would monitor factory staff, product quality and processes so that the product is delivered on time, and of consistent quality to cafes and wholesale accounts.
Duties would include ensuring that the production is cost effective, maintaining and improving hygiene standards, supervising and motivating staff, overseeing the recruitment process and relating daily with cafe managers and inventory department. There would be a minimum 2-year commitment required.
