DESCRIPTION
A community center, set up in 2003 with the aim of providing a range of services to the community.

The job would involve working closely with local librarians, ensuring the proper running of the library and organizing book clubs for members. The community center also runs classes in English, Mandarin, Russian and Computing, and provides counseling services and youth activities.

The applicant should have competence in library work, office administration and management, and enjoy working with youth and students.
